Yes. Every new account starts on the Free plan, with no credit card and no time limit: 10 credits run a full AI visibility report on your own prompts, and the API and the MCP server are open too. When you want to run more, pick a paid plan (Starter, Pro, Agency, Agency Plus) and cancel anytime.

The agent asks for your website, reads public information about you (your site and what the web says about you) and drafts your brand profile, the prompts your buyers ask AI and the competitors you are up against. You check them in one conversation, it runs your first report, then it turns the results into a plan with your first tasks. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes, free.

Every new account gets 10 credits once its email is confirmed, enough for one full report on your own buyers' prompts. You see which AI answers named your brand, your visibility score overall and per engine, the competitors named instead of you and the sources each engine cited, with the tasks that close the gap.

No. Signing up, the Free plan and the free report need only an email. A card comes in only when you choose a paid plan.

Out of every AI answer we collected, the share that named your brand. A prompt asked on several engines gives one answer per engine, and each one counts on its own. It runs from 0 to 100%, and every engine and every prompt gets its own score, so you see exactly where you are missing.

Every plan comes with a monthly allowance for AI work, metered in credits so you always know what a run costs before it runs. One prompt analysed across up to three engines is 1 credit and across four to six is 2 (all six engines are on every plan; ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Mode run by default), an AI-generated article is 10 (9 each in one plan of 5 or more, 8 from 20), a Brand Audit is 10 and its action plan 3 (with up to 10 cited pages analysed), more cited pages 1 per 3, a page speed (Lighthouse) or competitor audit is 1, and a prospect search is 5. Technical SEO checks are free. In practice, Starter's 150 credits is 150 prompts a month or 15 articles. Credits reset monthly on your billing date and don't roll over.

Agent Mode usage is tracked in US dollars based on underlying model API cost. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget that resets each billing cycle: $5 on Starter, $10 on Pro, $15 on Agency, and $25 on Agency Plus. The in-app meter shows dollars used and remaining. Need more mid-cycle? Top up your AI budget with report credits; the added budget resets at the end of each billing cycle.

Every plan builds client reports and shares them. Agency ($149/mo) is about delivering them: white-label branded reports and exports, reports emailed to your clients on every scheduled run, a client portal link per brand, your own sending domain, a whole batch of clients from one template, team collaboration, priority support, 1,000 credits a month, and up to 500 brands. Yes, from your account settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately: Stripe prorates the difference and your credit balance moves to the new plan's monthly allocation. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant. We don't store your payment information directly.

No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over to the next month. This encourages consistent use of the platform. However, you can purchase one-time credit top-ups (50, 100, or 200 credits) that never expire and stack with your monthly allocation.

On a paid plan you'll get a notice in the app and by email when 25% of your credits are left, again at 10%, and when they run out. You can purchase credit top-ups anytime ($18 for 50, $35 for 100, $65 for 200 credits) or upgrade your plan to get more monthly credits. Top-ups never expire.

We track 6 AI platforms: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google AI Mode (AI Overviews), Perplexity AI, Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Grok (xAI). Each platform has different training data and response patterns, so we provide platform-specific visibility scores and insights.

Your first report is free, so you can judge Rank Prompt before you pay. For paid subscriptions, contact support within 24 hours of a charge and we will review a full refund; after that we don't refund, and annual plans are not prorated on cancellation. Credit top-ups are non-refundable.
